Terms of Use

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tuman VPN application ("App" or "Service") by T-Man Software LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Service Description

Tuman VPN provides:

  • Traffic encryption
  • DNS leak protection (DNS over HTTPS)
  • Public Wi-Fi protection
  • Access to blocked content

3. License

We grant you a:

  • Limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license
  • For personal, non-commercial use only
  • On devices you own or control
  • Subject to platform store rules (App Store, Google Play)

4. Prohibited Uses

You must NOT use the Service for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
  • Fraud, phishing, or identity theft
  • Distribution of malware or viruses
  • Infringement of intellectual property rights
  • Unauthorized access to systems (hacking)
  • Spam or unsolicited communications
  • Any activity that damages or impairs the Service

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, design, and branding are property of T-Man Software LLC.

The App includes open source components. License details and source code availability are provided within the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE".

We do NOT warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will achieve any particular speed
  • The Service will be compatible with all networks

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, T-Man Software LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the event of:

  • Any failure or interruption of the Service
  • Any act or omission of any third party involved in making the Service available to you
  • Any cause relating to your access or use, or inability to access or use, the Service
  • Your failure to comply with these Terms
  • The cost of procurement of substitute goods or services
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

In no event will T-Man Software LLC, its affiliates, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, or for any other loss or damages of any kind, even if advised of the possibility thereof.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T-Man Software LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

9. Termination

Our rights:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Terminate your access for Terms violation

Your rights:

  • Stop using the Service anytime by uninstalling the App

Upon termination: Your license is revoked.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

  1. First: Attempt resolution via email at mobile@tuman-vpn.com
  2. If unresolved after 30 days: Binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming
  3. Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually only

12. Platform-Specific Terms

Apple (iOS)

  • Apple Inc. is NOT a party to this agreement
  • Apple provides NO warranty for the App
  • Apple is NOT liable for any claims related to the App
  • Apple has NO obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
  • T-Man Software LLC is solely responsible for any product claims or third-party intellectual property claims
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these Terms
  • You confirm you are NOT located in a US-embargoed country or on a US government prohibited list
  • The App may only be used on Apple-branded devices per App Store Terms

Google (Android)

  • Google LLC is NOT a party to this agreement
  • Google provides NO warranty for the App
  • Google is NOT liable for any claims related to the App
  • You must comply with Google Play Terms of Service

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do:

  • We will update the "Last Updated" date
  • We will notify you via the App

Continued use after changes = acceptance.

14. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy = complete agreement
  • Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce does not waive rights
  • Assignment: You may not assign; we may assign to affiliates
