This Privacy Policy explains how T-Man Software LLC ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Tuman VPN application ("App" or "Service").

This policy applies to all users of our App on iOS and Android.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We maintain a strict no-logs policy. We do NOT collect:

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number)
  • Browsing history or website visits
  • VPN traffic logs or content
  • Your original IP address
  • DNS queries made through the VPN
  • Location data or GPS coordinates
  • Payment or financial information
  • Connection timestamps or session duration

2. Information We Collect

We collect limited technical information via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, such as:

  • App version
  • Device model
  • Operating system version
  • Anonymized usage events
  • Crash data

We do not use this information to identify you as an individual.

Stored locally on your device only:

  • VPN configuration and preferences

3. How We Use Data

We use collected data only to:

  • Improve app stability
  • Optimize performance
  • Understand general usage trends

We do NOT use data for:

  • Advertising or marketing
  • Selling to third parties
  • Tracking online activities
  • Profiling users

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services that may receive anonymized data:

  • Firebase Analytics (Google) — usage statistics
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — crash reports

These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy and comply with Apple and Google platform requirements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or disclose data to third parties except:

  • To Firebase as described above
  • If required by law (though we have no logs to provide)

6. Data Security

  • All data transmitted to third-party services uses HTTPS encryption
  • We do not maintain user accounts or store personally identifiable information
  • VPN traffic is encrypted and not logged

7. Data Retention

  • Crash logs: Retained by Firebase according to their data retention policies
  • Analytics: Anonymized, no personal identifiers

8. Your Rights

You can:

  • Request deletion by emailing mobile@tuman-vpn.com
  • Uninstall the App to remove all local data

9. Age Requirement

This App is for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are a guardian and suspect otherwise, contact us.

10. International Transfers

Firebase may process anonymized data globally. By using the App, you consent to such transfers under adequate safeguards.

11. Regional Information

California Residents (CCPA):
We do not collect personal information as defined by CCPA. We do not sell personal data. Contact us for any privacy inquiries.

European Users (GDPR):
You have rights including access, rectification, erasure, and portability. Since we collect no personal data, these rights have minimal application. Contact us for GDPR requests.

12. Platform Stores

If you download the App via Apple App Store or Google Play Store, their respective privacy policies also apply to information they collect. We do not control and are not responsible for their data practices.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy and will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date
  • Notify via app update or in-app notice

Continued use = acceptance of changes.
